With great and relevant experience in the tech industry, I am a Yellow Six Sigma certified Program Manager (currently pursuing PMP certification and AI courses) working at Amazon as Program Manager on Agile and waterfall type of projects, achieved to successfully implement Community Fund for Social Impact initiatives within expected timeframe.
Great experience as Senior Customer Experience Manager at Google, where I led the Customer Support operations for Pixel Watch 2, Stadia, Pixel Buds Pro, Google Chrome and others.
I'm used to work in international fast paced environments & to coordinate projects, launches, sunsets, refunds, and issue resolution and working with PM & Eng to tackle Top User issues, reducing process and optimizing costs by 20%.
I have lived and worked in five different countries, and I am fluent in Spanish, English, and Catalan, elementary level in French, German and Portuguese and I have a work permit to work in both EU and US ( EU citizen & green card holder)
